Apples dipped in hot dark chocolate sauce with a hint of salt and chilli

Ingredients:

100g dark chocolate
1 Opal apple, sliced
10g crystallised sea salt

10g chilli flakes
 

Method:

Melt 100g dark chocolate over boiling water.

Dip in apple slices, sprinkle with a pinch of crystallised sea salt and chilli flakes and lay over greaseproof paper sheets to cool.

Chill in the fridge until chocolate has set and then serve.
