Serves 4
Ingredients:
200g porridge oats
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
500ml apple juice
4 Opal apples, grated
200g walnuts, chopped
Method:
Mix oats with cinnamon in large bowl.
Stir in apple juice, walnuts and grated apples.
Leave to stand for 30 minutes before serving with Opal apple slices.
For an even deeper flavour, leave to soak overnight.
