Opal Apple and Cinnamon Bircher Bowl

Serves 4

Ingredients:

200g porridge oats
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
500ml apple juice
4 Opal apples, grated
200g walnuts, chopped

 

Method:

Mix oats with cinnamon in large bowl.

Stir in apple juice, walnuts and grated apples.
