• 50ml Gin
  • 50ml of Opal® Apple juice
  • 1 cup chai tea
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 1 spoonful honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish


  1. Warm your apple juice, cinnamon and honey in a pan.
  2. Brew a cup of chai tea.
  3. Pour tea, warmed spiced apple juice and gin into a cup.
  4. Stir with the cinnamon stick and enjoy in front of a log fire.
